• Goods in stock will be delivered usually within 14 days. Any goods which are not in stock and need to be ordered can take up to 6 - 8 weeks 
• Although most items will be delivered to you within the specified time, if you have special requirements for example anniversaries and weddings please contact us so we can work with you on this.
• Standard delivery for orders under £99 is £4.95. For orders over £99 free delivery for mainland UK

Europe

We have started a delivery service to the following European countries by Europlus for which additional shipping charges will apply. This service is  available for complete Dinner sets only.  If you do not see your country displayed, please contact us to see if our couriers can deliver. The  box weight of the complete dinner service is 31kg.

Returns

• For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you must open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 5 days of the delivery with images. If we are not notified of damage within 5 days with photographic evidence we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier.

• We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Eternityhome. However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.  You will be responsible for the cost of return and any damages incurred in transit.

• To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 10 days. Please retain proof of postage. 

• Items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge if notified with photographic evidence within 5 days.  This only applies to full priced items.

• Items purchased on a special promotional offer and damaged in transit are replaceable in the same way but are are chargeable plus the appropriate postage and packaging applied.  You must notify Eternity Home within 5 days with photographic evidence.
