Delivery

• Goods in stock will be delivered usually within 14 days. Any goods which are not in stock and need to be ordered can take up to 6 - 8 weeks 
• Although most items will be delivered to you within the specified time, if you have special requirements for example anniversaries and weddings please contact us so we can work with you on this.
• Standard delivery for orders under £99 is £4.95. For orders over £99 free delivery

Europe

We have recently started a delivery service to the following European countries by Europlus . This applies to complete dinner services only.  If you do not see your country displayed, please contact us for more information on additional shipping charges. The  box weight of the complete dinner service is 31kg.

Returns

• For small item deliveries that arrive with carriers you must open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier.
• We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Eternityhome. However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition.
• To receive a refund you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
